Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field. 2-4 years of experience working with the geriatric population , preferably in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. Active Massachusetts Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required. Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a Social Services department. Experience overseeing Social Services operations and supervising social work staff. Strong knowledge of discharge planning, care coordination, psychosocial assessments, benefits management, and financial planning . Experience developing departmental policies and social service programs. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nursing staff, and administration. Knowledge of State and Federal Long-Term Care regulations . #Allied2026
