Prevention Manager The Prevention Services Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for the program, ensuring high-quality services are delivered. This role supervises and coaches staff to provide supportive services, parenting education, advocacy, and resource connection to promote child well-being and prevent children from entering formal foster care whenever safely possible. This isn't just a position—it's an opportunity to help families succeed, keep children safe, and create stronger futures for generations to come. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required (Master's Degree preferred) in social work, psychology, public administration, or a related human services field and two (2+) years of experience working in non-profit social service agencies with management experience (2+ years preferred). Collaborate effectively within diverse, multidisciplinary teams; adjust communication and work style to effectively engage diverse cultures, clients, colleagues, and external partners. Strong verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to write clearly and effectively with a proven track record in setting priorities and proposing new ways of creating efficiencies. Travel required within Kansas, Missouri and/or nationally with or without accommodation.
