Overview Sienna Hills is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Social Services Director/BOM (Business Office Manager) to lead and oversee our social services program. Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of social service programs tailored to individuals. Supervise and mentor program staff, including social workers, IDT team members, and support personnel, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote collaborative care and resource sharing. Oversee administrative functions such as budgeting, documentation, compliance with federal and state regulations, and reporting requirements. Working close with residents and families and Belmont JFS to apply for Ohio Medicaid. Manage program operations using Microsoft Office tools for data tracking, reporting, and communication purposes. Ensure all services adhere to legal standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies related to social services and disability support. Provide insurance updates in a timely and professional manner to those required to ensure continued stay. Provide leadership in behavioral health interventions, client communication strategies, and staff supervision to foster a positive work environment focused on client-centered care. Experience Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities-related social services programs Extensive administrative experience including compliance oversight, program management, and business office basics a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication tasks. Experience working with behavioral health issues and developing effective behavioral intervention strategies.
