THE POSITION
Blair County Children, Youth & Families (CYF) is looking for an Ongoing Casework Manager to be part of their Administrative team. As a Casework Manager 1 with Blair County CYF services , you will play a key part in supporting programs that protect children and assist families. This role gives you the chance to help interpret program goals, guide staff, and support strong service delivery. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position ensures compliance with laws and regulations while supporting program planning and coordination across agency services. As a Casework Manager 1, you will perform the following duties:
Program Compliance:
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and county laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
Staff Oversight:
Guide agency staff in program planning and interpretation of program goals
Service Coordination:
Advise staff on challenges related to the coordination of Children, Youth, and Families services
Administrative Support:
Assist the Administrator and Assistant Administrator with supervisory and administrative tasks
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
Rotate Emergency Duty coverage for after-hour calls.
Telework:
You will not have the option to telework in this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Three years of experience in public or private social work which included one year in a public welfare program and one year in a supervisory capacity; and a bachelor's degree which includes or is supplemented by 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
