Role:
As a Licensed Social Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our social services department, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of care and excellence. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide emotional support and counseling, and ensure that our residents receive the resources they need to thrive.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the social services team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional care and service Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Provide emotional support and counseling to residents, families, and staff Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and '-'eam-building activities Maintain confidentiality and uphold organizational policies and procedures
