Location:
Center, Texas | Full-Time | Exempt Position Tri-County Community Action, Inc. is seeking a qualifiedSocial Services Directorto provide leadership and oversight for Social Services programs funded through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) and other grant sources. Responsibilities include overseeing daily program operations, supervising staff, ensuring grant and regulatory compliance, monitoring client files and program performance, preparing required reports, analyzing program data and budgets, coordinating community partnerships, and supporting effective delivery of services to low-income individuals and families.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, supervisory, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage staff effectively, oversee grant-funded programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and work collaboratively with community partners. Relevant experience in social services, human services, community action programs, grant administration, or program management is strongly preferred.
