The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating client referrals through outreach to home health agencies, hospice organizations, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop relationships with potential referral sources in the healthcare community Create and implement strategic outreach plans to generate new client referrals Conduct presentations about our services to healthcare professionals Attend networking events, healthcare conferences, and community functions Maintain regular contact with established referral sources to nurture relationships Track referral activities and outcomes in our CRM system Collaborate with our care management team to ensure smooth client transitions Meet or exceed monthly referral targets Represent our company with the highest level of professionalism and integrity Qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or related field Proven track record in developing referral networks or sales relationships Knowledge of the healthcare continuum and senior care services Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong organizational and time management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bachelor's degree preferred (healthcare, business, or marketing background a plus) Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay Performance-based bonus/commission structure Paid time off Mileage reimbursement Professional development opportunities
