Job Description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a part time Volunteer Coordinator position in the Plattsburg area. The Volunteer Coordinator is an integral part of the interdisciplinary team and as such is responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating volunteers serving patients and families and the program as a whole. Keeping in mind the philosophy underlying the agency concepts of care, the Volunteer Coordinator must teach and model those concepts of care to volunteers and to the community at large.
Qualifications:
Must be organized Detail oriented Must have a warm people oriented personality Must have experience in a management or supervision position Experience with hospice preferred Effective written and verbal communication Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products Required-Must have a current Texas driver's license and reliable transportation Clean background and drug screen
