Job Summary Pathway To Promise is seeking compassionate, dependable, and qualified professional to join our team serving adolescent girls in a supportive residential setting. Our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where young girls can develop life skills, build confidence, experience positive relationships and work toward healthy and successful futures. The Qualified Professional will provide professional oversight and support for residents receiving services through Pathway to Promise. This position will work closely with residents, direct-care staff, families/guardians, service providers, schools and other members of the treatment/support team to ensure each youth receives individualized and appropriate care. Responsibilities Provide professional oversight and coordination of services for residents. Participate in assessments, treatment planning, person-centered planning and service plan updates as applicable Monitor residents progress toward individualized goals and identify changes in needs and services. Oversee daily operations of the group home, including staffing schedules, budgeting, and resource management to maintain efficient facility functioning. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable North Carolina rules, regulations, policies and facility procedures. Advocate for the safety, dignity rights and well-being of each resident Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community agencies to coordinate services that support residents' well-being. Experience Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or families in a behavior health, mental health, child welfare or related human service setting Experience providing or coordination services for youth with behavioral, emotional, developmental or other needs. Experience developing, implementing, monitoring, and documenting individualized service plans and treatment goals Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, positive behavior support, crisis intervention and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or require disability services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Residential Group home experience is preferred but not required Required Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license reliable transportation Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a degree in another field but have atleast two years experience Successful completion of required background check Must complete all trainings prior to employment
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
