Job description Applications are being accepted for an Intake Specialist to work directly with youth and young adults to help link them with community resources and services to successfully transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency. The position entails conducting intakes with clients to collect necessary data to assure appropriate navigation for needed resources including between internal YST programs, outside community partners and housing options. Bachelor's degree in Social Science field or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience is preferred; case management experience is preferred; 2 years' experience working with youth/young adults is preferred.
