Volunteer Coordinator (Full-time)

Rate:
$24.66 hour
Typical Examples of Work:
Recruits, interviews, orients, and coordinates volunteers for assignments within the nursing homes, under the direction of the Life Enrichment Director. Ensures Cedarbrook meets state and federal regulatory standards and County Policy requirements applicable to the Volunteer program. Ensures proper electronic record-keeping and documentation occurs within job function to accurately track volunteer hours and other statistics applicable to the success of the program. Represents Cedarbrook in a positive outgoing manner in the community, always working to improve outreach in the region and expand the program. Works with the Life Enrichment department and interdepartmentally in a collaborative manner to ensure overall success of the program with the goal of improving the Quality of Life of our Cedarbrook residents. Utilizes quality assurance methodologies to identify issues or areas of opportunities and presents solutions to the Life Enrichment Director. Other duties as assigned. Comprehensive Benefits for
