Merakey is seeking a Lead Certified Recovery Specialist to support our Police Assisted Diversion (PAD) Program in our Philadelphia (Kensington), PA location. In this leadership role, you'll help connect individuals to vital resources, support program operations, and strengthen community partnerships that promote recovery and positive outcomes. Position Details The Police Assisted Diversion (PAD) Lead Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) works collaboratively with the Philadelphia Police Department. Also is the main point of contact for various community provider's who will be receiving warm handoffs from us following arrest diversions. The Police Assisted Diversion (PAD) Lead Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) is the first point of contact for individuals and should provide information, guidance, and other support as individuals navigate the behavioral health services offered. They will assists the Police Assisted Diversion (PAD) Mobile Supervisor by training incoming staff
assisting with setting up the schedule

Shift:
Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, with possible on-call responsibilities.

Current Recovery Specialist Certification through the Pennsylvania Certification Board (PCB)
Must possess a valid and active driver's license.
Must be available to work:2nd
Shift:
Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, with possible on-call responsibilities. Skills Must have knowledge and an understanding of recovery principles and recovery driven service system.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team-based approach with flexibility to respond to changing needs and priorities.
Ability to establish professional relationships and maintain professionalism with peers, internal partners, external partners, City of Philadelphia personnel including, but not limited to the Office of Public Safety, Philadelphia Police Department, and Philadelphia Fire Department partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate program activities, resources and services effectively.
