Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program. Join our team as a Certified Recovery Specialist and help individuals experiencing homelessness build a path toward stability, recovery, and independence. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day while working alongside a dedicated and supportive team. As a Certified Recovery Specialist with Chartiers Center, you will : Support individuals experiencing homelessness in securing safe and stable housing while helping them develop skills, resources and support systems needed to maintain long-term housing stability. Build positive relationships with landlords and service as a liaison between clients and housing providers. Provide ongoing case management, advocacy, and referrals to community resources that promote self-sufficiency and personal growth. Work independently within the community and in client's homes while collaborating with a supportive team of professionals. Partner with internal and external treatment providers and multidisciplinary teams to support individuals on their recovery journey and help them achieve personal goals. Minimum Qualifications:

Certified Recovery Specialist Certification and one year experience Valid Driver's License required Diversity and Inclusion
