We employ people who love people and they bring resources, service coordination, on-site clinical care services, and educational programs to the residents of the affordable housing communities that we serve in Pennsylvania and across the United States. We work with Housing Authorities, Property Owners, and Developers in the Multi-Family Affordable Housing sector who provide Supportive Services to their residents. We work closely with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA.org) who oversees the structuring of these programs. Our Service Programs are directly aligned with the standards created by PHFA for Service Coordinators and Nurse Coordinators. Job is on-site for 3 separate locations in Allegheny County. Hours vary by site. You can apply to work at 1 or 2 locations.

North Shore Pittsburgh, PA:

28 hours per week

Carnegie, PA:

3 hours per week

Your Responsibilities Planning and scheduling events and activities that meet social, health, and recreational needs for a multi-family residential location Using Microsoft Office software to create a monthly calendar of events and a resident newsletter Organizing and facilitating monthly meetings with residents Facilitating access for residents of all ages to available services and entitlement benefits Assisting residents through referrals to community resources for issues such as transportation, employment, understanding bills, money management, and homemaker services. Keeping accurate records of interactions with residents to record program requirements Using online software to track and report activities for compliance and oversight Job Skills + Qualifications Our service coordinators come from a wide variety of experiential backgrounds, but one thing is common among all of them: They like to help people and enjoy interacting with the residents they serve.
