What You'll Do As a Guest Relations Coordinator, you'll be one of the first people our guests meet. Your kindness, professionalism, and ability to stay calm under pressure help create a safe and welcoming environment where guests can begin rebuilding their lives. You'll work closely with guests and fellow staff members to ensure every person who walks through our doors receives respectful service and access to the resources they need.

What You'll Be Doing Welcome guests and provide a positive first impression of HBGV. Complete guest check-in, orientation, and check-out procedures. Build respectful relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries. Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful shelter environment. Accurately document guest interactions, services provided, and incidents. Respond appropriately to emergencies while following agency procedures. Collaborate with case managers, outreach staff, volunteers, and community partners to provide coordinated support. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Customer service, hospitality, or human services experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different. Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate during difficult situations. Commitment to treating every guest with dignity and respect. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and electronic documentation. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
