About the Position Job Store Staffing is seeking a compassionate and resourceful Housing Resource Navigator to support individuals and families experiencing housing instability or homelessness. This position will provide case management, resource navigation, and stabilization support while helping clients overcome barriers and connect with appropriate community services.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay:

$30-$35/hr Housing Resource Navigator Responsibilities Assist individuals and families with housing-related applications and resources. Assess client needs, identify barriers to stable housing, and develop individualized plans for support. Maintain regular communication with an assigned caseload and document client interactions and progress. Connect clients with housing, transportation, behavioral health, social services, and other community resources. Help clients navigate appointments, applications, and other services needed to promote stability and independence. Provide compassionate, trauma-informed, strengths-based support. Coordinate with community organizations, landlords, and service providers. Complete required documentation, reports, and follow-up. Provide education and information about available housing and assistance programs. Housing Resource Navigator Qualifications High school diploma required. At least 2 years of experience working with individuals or families experiencing housing instability, homelessness, or other significant barriers . Experience in case management, social services, resource navigation, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based recordkeeping systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Additional Requirements Must be able to successfully complete a background check and required pre-employment screening. Valid driver's license required. Ability to travel locally for meetings, home visits, and community-based services. Why Apply?
