Job Description

Job Title:
Healthcare Community Liason (Growth Focused)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy Healthcare Community Liaison to serve as the primary growth driver for our Easley-Piedmont territory. This is a performance-based role for a 'hunter' who excels at transforming community relationships into a consistent pipeline of new client admissions. Your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling with extensive travel within your assigned territory. In addition, you will provide exceptional service to existing accounts and act as both a hunter and closer. Target to open Easley office in 3-6 months based on book of business growth!
Responsibilities:
High-Volume Outreach:
Execute a minimum of 20 face-to-face sales meetings per 5 day week (averaging 4 per day) with key referral sources (physicians, discharge planners, and facility admins).
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Responsible for generating 4-8 qualified leads per month after 3 months; and maintaining a closing ratio that meets agency census targets.
Pipeline Management:
Actively manage the full sales cycle from initial cold call to the Living Room Visit (intake) and final service agreement signing.
CRM Discipline:
Document 100% of activity in HubSpot daily to track lead aging and conversion milestones. Target healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, assisted living, and nursing home facilities to generate sales for private duty, skilled services, and medical staffing. Service existing accounts and demonstrate expertise as a hunter and closer. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, pricing, and their value to potential clients. Maintain all contacts and business activity in the company's CRM system (HubSpot) and provide regular reports on results. Lead/Participate in Living Room Visit process, partnering with the Director of Nursing and manage associated intake paperwork. Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and Relationship Manager to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory, aligned with overall brand standards. Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities throughout the community, such as area networking and business chamber groups. We are looking for a well-connected professional who can leverage an established local network to hit the ground running. Establish sources to gather information on competitive pricing, market activities, transaction usage, and other relevant data about the assigned territory. Provide weekly sales summaries and call reports to the Branch Manager, Owner, and company senior leaders in a timely manner. Report any customer problems to the Branch Manager and Relationship Manager promptly, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Track the progress of problem resolution and ensure client requirements are met. Continually enhance selling skills through training, seminars, supervisory feedback, self-evaluation, and client feedback. Success Metrics & Growth Expectations We believe in clear targets. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to ramp up community partnerships and drive consistent inquiries: Months 3-6: Establish foundation and generate 1-2 Sales Inquiries per week. Months 6-9: Scale outreach to achieve 3-4 Sales Inquiries per week. Months 9-12: Optimize territory to hit 4-5 Sales Inquiries per week. Year 1+: Maintain a high-performing referral engine of 6+ Referrals per week.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, demonstrating a working knowledge of healthcare (required) with home health and geriatric experience (preferred) in the home or institutional setting. Proven ability to generate leads, monitor referrals, manage territories, and establish relationships with new and existing contacts. Enjoy problem-solving, achieving goals, and taking charge. Thrive in a challenging and competitive environment, with a strong desire for face-to-face interactions with clients and referral sources on a daily basis. Experience with public speaking, including strong persuasive and educational writing and speaking skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal direction, showcasing exceptional interpersonal, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
Travel Requirements:
Travel as needed for various sales and marketing deliverables. (80%)
