Every day you will oversee and cultivate the Auxiliary Evening and Weekend, First Steps, and Junior Volunteer Programs. You will also lead the development and execution of Volunteer Community Outreach Programs. To be successful, you will demonstrate strong organizational and program development skills, with a proven ability to engage, motivate, and manage diverse volunteer groups. Excellent communication and a passion for community service are essential. Job Requirements College degree preferred and/or equivalent experience will be considered Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in coordinating volunteers and associated schedules, records, activities and events, etc.
