Responsibilities:
Provides education about Hospice services to physicians, social workers, discharge planners, insurance companies, case managers and potential patients/families Assists with referrals and admission process. Conducts in-services and direct face-to-face sales calls, as well as represents the facility in community-related activities and marketing events.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Working knowledge of computers and software packages such as Microsoft Office Great written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with physicians, social workers, case managers, patients and families.
