The WF assists the youth and families towards progress on goals, demonstrates problem resolution, and assist in building skills and a support network. In addition, the WF coordinates, creates, and individualize services and supports to fit the unique needs of 10 youth and families. The ideal candidate should live in or near Fayette or Raleigh County. Essential Responsibilities Service Coordination Family Engagement/Relationship Development Conduct Assessments Service Planning Evaluation Resource Expert Convener/Facilitator Linkage for Supports Cultural Competence Advocacy Documentation and Compliance Qualifications Requires a Bachelor's or better in Human Services or related field. Masters or better in Human Services or related field is preferred. Requires two (2) years relevant experience with youth and families in social services. Clearances. State Police/FBI clearance per state regulation; Child Abuse Registry clearance; any additional background checks/clearances required by state governing bodies. Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance. Requires a Bachelor's or better in Human Services or related field. Masters or better in Human Services or related field is preferred. Requires two (2) years relevant experience with youth and families in social services.
Working Conditions Physical Demands:
Requires vision, speech, and hearing and a moderate to high level of physical activity including; sitting, standing, walking lifting and carrying as required. Must be able to meet the demands and complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).
