We are currently seeking a full-time Milieu Staff/Substance Abuse Counselor for our adult residential program located in the Berkeley Hills.

Ideal candidates have:

Experience in substance abuse treatment Individual and group counseling skills Understanding of co-occurring issues Motivational interviewing skills Strong communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills

Qualifications:

Certified Substance Abuse Counselor preferred or Registered to become certified One (1) year of experience in substance abuse treatment DMC-ODS knowledge a plus Computer skills New Bridge Foundation offers a competitive salary, based upon qualifications and credentials, and an excellent benefit package.
