Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor to join a community-focused recovery program serving the Latino population in Oakland, CA. This individual will provide direct counseling services, develop individualized treatment plans, support clients throughout their recovery journey, and connect individuals and families with critical community resources. The ideal candidate is passionate about behavioral health, understands substance use recovery services, and is committed to delivering culturally responsive care to diverse communities. Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to program participants
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program and regulatory requirements
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and support services
• Advocate for clients and assist with care coordination efforts
• Facilitate psychoeducation and recovery-focused groups
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality client care
