Work Location & Schedule Full-time position (40 hours per week) Creston office location Flexible scheduling options may be available following successful completion of training and orientation Why Join Zion? ✔ IPERS retirement benefits ✔ Zion pays for required CADC credentialing costs ✔ Supportive and collaborative team environment ✔ Flexible scheduling options after training ✔ Professional growth and advancement opportunities ✔ Meaningful work that positively impacts individuals, families, and communities ✔ Mission-driven organization dedicated to hope, healing, and recovery What You'll Do Conduct substance use disorder assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual and group counseling services Facilitate discharge planning and continuing care recommendations Make clinical recommendations based on client needs Follow ASAM criteria and evidence-based treatment practices Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with referral sources, community partners, and treatment team members Support clients in achieving their recovery goals and improving overall wellness Qualifications Associate degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field required Must be eligible to obtain a Temporary CADC (T-CADC) within 90 days of hire Must obtain a CADC within one year of hire Zion will cover the cost of required credentialing Preferred Qualifications Experience working in behavioral health, human services, or substance use treatment settings Strong communication and relationship-building skills Passion for helping individuals and families affected by substance use disorders Join Our Team Whether you're already credentialed or looking to begin your career in substance use disorder treatment, Zion provides the support and resources needed to help you succeed.
