Family Access Center is looking for a Substance Use Disorder/Addictions Counselor in the Sioux City office. $4500 sign-on bonus paid out in three payments within the first three months of employment. This position is Monday through Friday and requires the ability to work 3-4 evenings per week until 8 pm. Ability to earn an additional $1500 monthly based on productivity after 90 days. Provide substance abuse assessments, treatment planning, and discharge of clients. Make clinical recommendations. Follow ASAM criteria. Submit insurance authorizations. Provide individual and group substance abuse therapy. This position is Monday through Friday and requires the ability to work 3-4 evenings per week until 8pm. Ability to earn monthly incentive based on productivity. Temporary CADC, CADC, IADC or IAADC License in Iowa.
