06/25/2026 About the Role Clarvida is seeking a dedicated Therapist to support children and youth, from newborn through age 18, who are involved in the child welfare system. In this role, you will provide individualized, trauma-informed therapy to children and families in their homes and community settings, helping them navigate critical moments and build healthier futures. This position offers flexibility, meaningful clinical work, and strong supervisory support. You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with families while delivering services where they are most impactful. Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy to children and youth involved in the child welfare system Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Deliver therapy services in homes, foster homes, schools, and community settings Support children and families through emotional and behavioral challenges Collaborate with families, case teams, and community partners Participate in Child and Family Team Meetings and court-related processes as needed Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Manage an independent caseload while participating in supervision and team meetings Requirements Licensed or able to become licensed in Indiana as one of the following:
  • LCSW
  • LMFT
  • LMHC
  • LSW Valid Indiana Driver's License in good standing Active state-minimum auto insurance Ability to work independently in community and in-home settings Ability to pass all required background checks Compensation & Benefits Full-Time Employees Salary range of $48,400
  • 62,400/year based on 20-25 client hours per week Opportunity for salary increases based on client hours $2,500 sign-on bonus Flexible schedule Supportive and meaningful clinical supervision Company car with personal use options for full-time staff (based on caseload) Paid vacation days that increase with tenure Separate sick leave that rolls over annually Up to 10 paid holidays
