Job Description

CONSIDER A CIT WITH EXPERIENCE AND ACTIVE CCS SUPERVISION
•Our agency is looking for Substance Abuse counselors to provide therapy for clients struggling with Substance Use disorder. Quality and comprehensive client care is absolutely essential and is expected from each employee. You will work under the direct supervision of our Clinical Director. Counselors will perform group therapy, individual therapy, and some educational sessions. Each counselor is expected to provide thorough documentation within the appropriate time frame in accordance with state regulations and agency policy. All counselors must be first and foremost loyal, ethical, hard working, willing to follow instructions and a positive influence while at work. The ideal candidate will be experienced in utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques as well as providing consistent, timely and detailed documentation. All applicants must have an active credential in the State of Louisiana.
