What You Will Do:

Working with program therapist to provide inclusive services to individuals served. Collaborating with individuals served to identify problems utilizing assessment information and develop individualized service plan (IAP). Adapting treatment approaches to the needs of individuals served. Incorporating dual diagnosis, methadone-related issues, housing needs, family support issues and other factors into daily support and psycho educational groups. Documenting plan of care according to established expectations. Maintaining strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with

HIPAA & 42 CFR.

The New View program at BHN in Greenfield, MA serves female-identified patients who have been civilly committed through the Section 35 court proceeding to a designated substance use disorder treatment facility. The program offers acute treatment services (ATS) and clinical stabilization services (CSS).

Who You Are:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required). At least one year of experience in a substance use disorder field (required). Credentialed as CAC, CADC, LADC-Assistant, LADC II (preferred). Experience in group facilitation, IAP development, and treatment strategies such as motivational interviewing (required). We Hire for HEART! Available Schedules:

Full Time:

Tuesday-Saturday, most days 10:00am-6:30pm; Fridays, 2:00pm-10:30pm; Tuesday, 2:00pm-10:30pm; Wednesday-Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Pay Rate/Range:

$22.50/hr
