Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for a residential treatment setting. Provide individual and group therapy to clients with substance use, mental health, and related issues. Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with DHS requirements. Conduct assessments, case management, and maintain accurate documentation. Facilitate education on addiction and recovery, offering culturally sensitive services. Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and DHS rules. This in-person role requires working scheduled shifts, with a salary range of $65,000-$75,000 annually.
