Experience Proven experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment environments, including hospital or community care settings. Strong background in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), social work practices, and crisis management techniques. Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations for addiction medicine or mental health disorders with a focus on trauma-informed care like PTSD. Ability to perform patient assessments that incorporate data collection, research insights, and diagnostic tools to inform treatment planning. Knowledge of behavioral management strategies including applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior modification techniques.
