Groups and Individual Theraphy Candidates most have to have experience running IOP Group Therapy and Individual Therapy Quiet Waters Clinics LLC is a trauma-informed behavioral health and primary-care organization located in Columbus, Ohio. We provide outpatient therapy, MAT, mental-health services, substance-use treatment, IOP groups, and case management. We are OhioMHAS certified and Joint Commission accredited. We are expanding our team and seeking passionate clinicians to facilitate IOP groups and provide individual therapy for adults with mental-health and substance-use needs. Positions Available We are hiring for the following licensures:

LCDC II LCDC III LICDC LSW LISW LPC LPCC

Supervision available for those working toward independent licensure. Compensation Hourly Rate (Based on License & Experience): Responsibilities Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions (2.5 hrs per group). Provide individual counseling (SUD and MH). Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Work collaboratively with case managers, peers, and prescribers (MD/NP). Maintain compliance with OhioMHAS , Medicaid , and Joint Commission standards. Participate in team meetings and client-care coordination.

Requirements Active Ohio license:

CDCA, LCDC II, LCDC III, LSW,LISW, LPC, LPCC

. Experience with SUD, MH, or co-occurring disorders preferred. Ability to facilitate groups and maintain documentation in a timely manner. Compassionate, reliable, and aligned with trauma-informed care.

The clinic will offer pharmacotherapy, MAT services, and evidence-based best practices in rendering individual and IOP group therapies and support services complementing our physical health services. You will work with a leadership team with decades of experience in delivering quality care. You will receive robust onboarding and technical support to fulfill your job duties.
