We offer Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) services in a compassionate and supportive environment. Currently, we are seeking a licensed clinician with experience in group counseling to join our dedicated team. CDCA and QMHS required, LSW preferred.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups within Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Mental Health Day Treatment programs, ensuring a safe, therapeutic, and engaging group environment. Lead group discussions focused on substance use recovery, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, coping skills, life skills development, mental health symptom management, and overall wellness. Implement evidence-based curriculum and therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of individuals participating in PHP, IOP, and Mental Health Day Treatment services. Monitor client participation, engagement, and progress during group sessions, providing feedback and support to encourage treatment goals and recovery outcomes. Complete timely and accurate group documentation, including attendance, progress notes, and clinical observations in accordance with organizational, legal, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with counselors, case managers, medical providers, and other multidisciplinary team members to support coordinated treatment planning and continuity of care. Provide education to clients regarding addiction, mental health, recovery principles, coping strategies, community resources, and relapse prevention planning. Assist in identifying client needs, barriers to treatment, and areas requiring additional clinical support, communicating concerns to the treatment team as appropriate. Foster a therapeutic environment that promotes accountability, personal growth, peer support, and healthy coping mechanisms. Maintain knowledge of current best practices, evidence-based interventions, and regulatory standards related to substance use and mental health treatment services. Uphold professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards in all client interactions and documentation.

Qualifications:

Valid License to practice in the state of Ohio Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions in a substance abuse treatment setting Strong knowledge of addiction and recovery principles, including evidence-based treatment modalities Proficiency in conducting individual assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to working with individuals struggling with addiction Familiarity with faith-based approaches to recovery is preferred Understanding of ethical and legal standards related to substance abuse treatment and client confidentiality Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment We appreciate all applications; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
