Full Job Description Job Description Highlife Recovery is a CARF‑accredited and OHMAS‑certified outpatient provider seeking a dedicated, credentialed therapist with experience in Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) treatment. We are a family‑owned organization with locations in Columbus, Circleville, and Tiffin, OH. Our teams operate both on‑site and virtually while maintaining strong communication to ensure consistent, high‑quality care and preserve our supportive culture. Responsibilities Facilitate MH/SUD IOP and Outpatient group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT skills, relapse prevention, psychoeducation, process groups). Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR in compliance with Ohio licensing board and payer requirements. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment approaches as needed, and communicate updates to the treatment team. Coordinate care with case managers, medical staff, and referral sources to support continuity of care. Manage crisis situations and risk assessments (e.g., suicidal ideation, relapse risk) following agency protocols. Participate in weekly clinical supervision and treatment team meetings.
