Nighttime IOP Therapist/Counselor - Full Time Scioto Wellness Center | Columbus/Hilliard, Ohio Scioto Wellness Center is seeking a dependable and motivated full-time therapist/counselor for our nighttime Intensive Outpatient Program. This position is primarily responsible for providing clinical services to clients participating in evening substance use disorder programming.

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

1:00 PM-9:00

PM Friday:

8:30 AM-4:30 PM Full-time, 40 hours per week Primary Responsibilities Maintain an assigned clinical caseload. Complete at least one individual counseling session with each assigned client every week. Lead and facilitate engaging, clinically appropriate IOP groups. Develop and update individualized treatment plans. Complete progress notes and other required clinical documentation accurately and on time. Monitor client participation, progress, risks, and barriers to treatment. Coordinate care with case management, medical, housing, and other clinical team members. Participate in clinical meetings, discharge planning, and continuity-of-care efforts. Maintain professional boundaries and follow all agency, licensing, and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications Active Ohio CDCA credential required. Higher or additional behavioral-health licensure is strongly preferred. Experience providing substance use disorder treatment is preferred. Group facilitation and individual counseling experience preferred. Strong documentation, communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while remaining an active member of a multidisciplinary team. Must be compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working with individuals at different stages of recovery. Pay:

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
