Our clinic is deeply committed to trauma-informed care and prioritizes culturally responsive services, with a strong focus on supporting BIPOC communities. Key Responsibilities Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on substance use recovery, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, trauma healing, and peer support. Provide individual counseling utilizing trauma-informed approaches and techniques. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate harm reduction, relapse prevention, and behavioral health strategies. Adjust treatment plans based on client progress, ensuring a flexible and client-centered approach to long-term outpatient care.
