Position Title:

Counselor Come join a rapidly expanding, leading national substance abuse & mental health organization who is currently seeking a Primary Therapist for their Drug and Alcohol Detox in Philadelphia! Counselor Duties/Responsibilities:

New patient intake and orientation Conducts initial assessment of patient problems and needs and reports to clinical team to initiate treatment planning Conducts individual sessions Facilitates groups with patients Addresses patient's concerns and helps eliminate possibility of AMA Provides Case Management Documentation in patient medical record

Counselor Requirements:

Associate's degree or above in Human Services or related Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred, preferably in a detox and/or residential setting Experience conducting group sessions Flexibility and willingness are great attributes

Counselor Schedule:

Full Time 8:00am-5:30pm Must be open to one weekend shift per week

Counselor Compensation:

Hourly rate competitive with experience and location Full time employees may be eligible for the following:
