The Employment Counselor specializes in vocational rehabilitation and serves as the primary contact for all persons' vocational assessments and plans. The primary duties of the Employment Counselor professional are to provide mental health, substance abuse, vocational, rehabilitative, case coordination, family counseling, and follow-along services to adult persistent and severely mentally ill persons who are currently within the Program.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in social or behavioral science in a human services discipline with experience and training in employment counseling/rehabilitation support services. Experience serving persons with severe and persistent mental illness is also preferred.
