Vocational Evaluator or Vocational Evaluator Assistant

• Independent Contractor Tulsa, OK Land of Goods Vocational Consulting (LOGVC) is seeking experienced Vocational Evaluators or Vocational Evaluator Assistants to join our growing team of professionals providing vocational services to clients referred by state, federal, and private agencies.

This is an independent contractor opportunity for a qualified vocational professional who is comfortable conducting onsite vocational evaluations, completing professional written reports, and working independently while maintaining consistent communication with the LOGVC team. What You'll Do As a Vocational Evaluator, you will be responsible for conducting vocational evaluations and preparing professional reports within established deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct vocational evaluations primarily through a virtual format. Conduct in-person evaluations or work-site evaluations when required by the referral. Review referral information and prepare appropriately for each evaluation. Interview clients and gather relevant educational, employment, vocational, and functional information. Administer and/or utilize appropriate vocational assessment tools and evaluation procedures based on the referral. Analyze evaluation information and develop professional vocational conclusions and recommendations. Prepare clear, accurate, and professionally written vocational evaluation reports within required timeframes. Communicate professionally with clients, evaluators, attorneys, agencies, and LOGVC staff. Maintain confidentiality and follow professional and ethical standards. Respond to requests for clarification or additional information related to completed evaluations. Review, approve, and sign reports prepared by a Vocational Evaluator Assistant, when assigned. Maintain accurate records and documentation associated with each evaluation. Work independently while meeting established deadlines and quality expectations. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Experienced in vocational evaluation and/or vocational rehabilitation. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Dependable and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines. Comfortable conducting virtual client interviews and evaluations. Able to communicate professionally with clients and other professionals. A strong professional writer with the ability to produce clear, concise reports. Comfortable working independently with limited supervision. Committed to confidentiality, professionalism, and high-quality client service. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must meet at least one of the following qualifications: Option 1

• Professional Certification Current certification through one of the following: Registry of Professional Vocational Evaluators (PVE) Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE) American Board of Vocational Experts
• Diplomat (ABVE/D) American Board of Vocational Experts
• Fellow (ABVE/F) International Psychometric Evaluation Certification (IPEC) Vocational Evaluator Certificate from a nationally accredited college or university OR Option 2
• Education Master's degree in Vocational Evaluation OR Option 3
• Related Master's Degree + Experience Master's degree in one of the following: Rehabilitation Counseling Rehabilitation Services Clinical Social Work Mental Health Counseling Clinical Psychology and At least one year of full-time experience using vocational rehabilitation counseling techniques; and At least one year of full-time experience conducting vocational evaluations.

Additional Requirements Level 2 Background Screening is required. Ability to meet established report deadlines. Reliable access to a computer, internet, and telephone for virtual evaluations and communication. Ability to maintain confidential client information. Ability to conduct occasional in-person evaluations or work-site evaluations when required. Compensation This is an independent contractor position paid on a per-report basis @ $340 each, rather than an hourly basis. Because compensation is based on completed reports, the amount earned will vary depending on the number and type of evaluations accepted and completed. Why Work With LOGVC?
