Certified Domestic Violence Batter's Intervention Counselor. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Domestic Violence Batter's Intervention Counselor to work with court-mandated clients through Zoom group sessions. This role involves leading online counseling sessions, providing individual support, and facilitating behavioral change for individuals involved in domestic violence incidents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of domestic violence dynamics and a commitment to helping individuals find a path to healthy relationships.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Zoom group counseling sessions for court-mandated clients, focusing on domestic violence intervention. Qualifications A background in Counseling, social work or behavioral health is preferred. Experience working with court mandated clients Familiarity with crisis management techniques and conflict resolution strategies. Understanding of family law, child welfare systems, and child protective services. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to advocating for the rights of survivors. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Certified Domestic Violence Certificate Bachelor's Degree, MFT,AMFT or a min of 3 Years working as a Domestic Violence Counselor in a court approved agency. This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those affected by domestic violence.
