What You'll Do:
Provide individual and family therapy for clients in both Spanish and English. Support Latinx and Spanish-speaking clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, cultural identity, trauma, and more. Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and case management. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records. Engage in team collaboration and professional development opportunities. Stay compliant with licensure requirements, including CEUs and supervision (if applicable).
What We're Looking For:
Licensed or registered therapists in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or registered associates). Fluency in both Spanish and English is required . A master's degree in mental health and knowledge of applicable ethics and regulations. A strong commitment to culturally competent care and serving historically underserved communities. A team player who values collaboration but can also work independently. Strong communication and organizational skills.
