Responsibilities Supervise daily activities of youth residents, ensuring a safe and structured environment Implement positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) to promote respectful conduct and emotional regulation Develop trusting relationships with youth, providing mentorship and encouragement to foster personal growth Assist with educational activities, life skills training, and recreational programs tailored to adolescent development Collaborate with families, social workers, and community partners to coordinate care plans and support services Document progress notes, incident reports, and case management records accurately and promptly Manage conflicts effectively using de-escalation techniques while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor Qualifications Experience working with children or adolescents in educational, childcare, or youth program settings Knowledge of behavioral health principles, adolescent development, and positive behavioral interventions Strong communication skills for client interaction, family engagement, and team collaboration Ability to work with culturally diverse communities and underserved populations with sensitivity and respect High School Diploma Required / College Degree Preferred Join us in empowering youth to reach their full potential!
