Schedule A:
Sunday 8am-10pm Monday 2pm-10pm Tuesday 2pm-10pm Wednesday 2pm-10pm
Schedule B:
Wednesday 2pm-10pm Thursday 2pm-10pm Friday 2pm-10pm Saturday 8am-10pm
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Must have a valid Driver's License Criminal and child protective background check

Job Description:
This position provides supervision and support to adolescent boys in a residential treatment setting. Our program has a very high staff to student ratio, which provides a stable therapeutic environment for both our youth and our employees. Your primary role is assisting children with mental health and emotional challenges in a residential setting. This position offers a very competitive hourly wage and requires no previous experience, though additional consideration is given to those with previous experience. Full Time positions include a generous benefits package including health insurance, dental, paid sick time, retirement (403B), and paid time-off. Paid training is also included, which covers TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention), First Aid, CPR, and CRMA training (Certified Residential Medication Aide).
