Job Description
Our summer counselor-in-training program empowers teens ages 14-17 to grow as leaders while supporting the daily rhythm of camp. CITs take part in hands-on tasks such as dishwashing, light cleaning, and restocking supplies, while also assisting with camp activities and programming. It's a great opportunity to build responsibility, teamwork skills, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
