Job Description

Essential Functions Work in a structured residential setting supporting youth involved in the juvenile justice system. Build positive, professional relationships with the youth while providing guidance, encouragement, and accountability. Help create a safe, respectful environment where youth can learn, grow, and make positive choices. Provide supervision and support throughout daily routines, activities, meals, school, recreation, and other programming. Use good judgement and calm communication to handle challenging situations and resolve conflict. Follow established safety, security, and facility procedures. Complete accurate documentation and communicate important information to co-workers and supervisors and for legal purposes. Serve as a potential role model by demonstrating integrity, patience, respect and professionalism. No two days are exactly alike- this is a people focused position where your work can make a meaningful difference.
Pay:
$23.14 - $27.53 per hour
