Qualified Professional (QP) - Child & Adolescent Day Treatment Program Gastonia, NC (serving Gaston County and surrounding communities) School-Schedule Position | Monday-Friday | No Evenings | No Weekends | No On-Call Support Incorporated is hiring a Qualified Professional (QP) to join our growing Gastonia Day Treatment Program, working directly with children and adolescents in a structured therapeutic classroom designed to help youth stabilize symptoms, build coping skills, and successfully return to a traditional school environment. This position allows professionals to work closely with youth throughout the school day, helping them develop the emotional regulation, behavioral, and social skills needed to succeed in the classroom and community. Professionals with experience in school settings, behavioral health, Intensive In-Home (IIH), residential treatment, or child and family services are encouraged to apply. Schedule Monday - Friday | Daytime hours aligned with the school schedule This position provides the opportunity to work in a therapeutic environment with youth while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule.

Compensation:

Salary range starts sat $41,000 annually Position Summary The Qualified Professional will co-lead a therapeutic classroom serving approximately 8-12 youth . Staff work together to provide structured activities, behavioral support, and therapeutic interventions that help youth manage symptoms and improve their ability to function successfully in school. The goal of the program is to help youth build the emotional, behavioral, and social skills needed to transition back into a traditional classroom setting.
