Pike, NH Pay:
Up to $19hr
Schedule:
4-Day Work Week Join Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) and make a difference! We're looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to support at-risk youth in a therapeutic residential setting. As a Residential Youth Counselor , you'll mentor and guide adolescents, helping them build life skills, confidence, and resilience. Why Work With Us? About MPA:
Founded in 2003, Mount Prospect Academy provides innovative mental health and educational services to adolescents across New England. Our mission is to create a safe, caring environment where students can grow, learn, and thrive.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and mentor youth, modeling positive behavior Support daily living activities (meals, hygiene, recreation) Implement therapeutic programming and crisis intervention Foster social, emotional, and coping skills Maintain accurate documentation and reports Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, structured environment
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years of parenting experience Valid driver's license preferred; must be 21+ Authorized to work in the U.S. Background check required
Shifts Available:
Front Half:
Sun 8a-10:30p; Mon-Wed 2p-10:30p
Back Half:
