Essential Functions:

Providing individual, group and family counseling in the home, office, and/or community Providing family advocacy and support as part of a therapeutic treatment team Providing service coordination, conducting risk and diagnostic assessments and developing and implementing individual service plans Completing and maintaining clinical files, including documentation of services Why Work with
