The Center is a well-established, faith-based Christian group psychology practice located in a beautiful professional medical office setting with convenient access to Route 30 and Route 119. Our team provides counseling, psychological assessment, medication management, consultation, and collaborative care for individuals and families across the lifespan. This role is ideal for a licensed master's-level clinician who enjoys working with children, adolescents, families, and adults, and who values meaningful clinical work within a supportive private practice environment. The position is especially well-suited for a clinician with experience or specialty interest in pediatric, developmental, school-related, family, or adolescent mental health concerns. The Center offers the flexibility of private practice with the support and stability of a W-2 employee position. Clinicians are supported with administrative systems, billing support, credentialing assistance, fully furnished office space, and opportunities for team collaboration and professional development. About the Role The clinician in this role will provide outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, families, and/or adults depending on experience, clinical strengths, and practice needs. The Center has a strong referral base and ongoing demand for child, adolescent, family, and faith-integrated counseling services. Clinicians who can work with both pediatric and adult populations, while bringing a clear specialty or passion for children and families, are especially encouraged to apply. This position can be structured based on clinical fit, availability, credentialing status, and the counselor's areas of interest. Candidates should be able to commit to a minimum of 16 clinical hours per week, with the opportunity to build a larger schedule depending on interest, availability, credentialing status, referral fit, and role structure. Candidates are expected to maintain some flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs. Applicants with availability for at least one evening per week and/or Saturday hours are preferred, though final scheduling can be discussed based on clinical fit, practice needs, and desired workload. Compensation Compensation ranges from $40,000-$84,000 per year , depending on schedule, clinical hours, productivity, credentialing status, and role structure. Higher earning potential is available for clinicians who maintain a larger clinical schedule, build a consistent caseload aligned with practice needs, and serve in supervisory roles.
