$300 per completed telehealth assessment $400 per completed face to face assessmentMobile Crisis On-Call Rate:

Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth. Location Hybrid- Glencoe, MN Schedule The expectation is to take 4 or more on-call shifts per month (either 5pm
- 8am on weekdays or 8am
- 8am on weekends/holidays) Minimum Qualifications Clinician Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure Clinical Trainee Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience.
