Qualifications A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or an equivalent field is required. Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent in California is mandatory—unfortunately, applicants with associate licenses cannot be accommodated as they are non-billable through Medicare. Expertise in child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with familiarity with evidence-based treatment techniques. Proficient in managing digital health records and adept in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and office productivity software. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, accompanied by a compassionate approach to therapy. Preferred Experience Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and family therapy to children and adolescents in clinical or community settings.
