Job Description

Provides intake diagnosis, administers CBT counseling by conducting individual and/or family session, case-management, and psycho-education in accordance with Texas Resilience and Recovery Guidelines. Work performed will occur in community settings as necessary to meet client needs, in addition to some office-based services. Will be authorizing Levels of Care based on Uniform Assessment (UA) recommendations. Develops individualized person recovery centered plans with measurable outcomes, reviews and updates plan every 90 days, and participates in clinical consultations. Works under moderate supervision with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Applicant must be willing to receive clinical supervisor from our internal LPC-S , who will serve as the required secondary supervisor for all assigned TTBH clients and direct care services.
